"Refund took forever and the return was a hassle"
The return process was way more effort than it needed to be. I had to keep following up just to get a response, and when it came to the refund, nothing was explained clearly. It felt like I was doing all the chasing for something that should’ve been simple. Definitely not in a hurry to order from them again.

"The sizing just didn’t work for my body"
I ordered the size I normally wear, but the fit was really off on me. It felt snug in one area and oddly loose in another, so I’m guessing the cut just isn’t made for my body shape. I checked the size guide beforehand, but it didn’t end up being very helpful. The blouse itself is cute, so I wanted to like it, but the sizing accuracy was disappointing.
